What the daily rate includes
Food from our available selection, heating, litter and insurance, together with plenty of care, love and attention.
Collection and delivery rates are available on request. Prescription diets and veterinary fees are not included.
How charges are calculated
- Charges begin on the day of arrival.
- A full day is charged for afternoon departures.
- The minimum fee is three days.
- The full booked period remains payable after an early collection.
- Bookings including any date from 23 December to 2 January have a five-day minimum charge.
- A 10% discount applies to stays of 30 nights or longer.
- Stays longer than six weeks require a 20% deposit, with longer-term accounts settled monthly.
- There is no discount when owners provide their own food.
